Retargeter
The Retargeter is a Maya tool designed to allow for quick retargeting of fbx animations onto any character rig. It can batch retarget any number of animations to a character with very different proportions. The tool works with any bone or control names.

The Retargeter creates on offset skeleton and rig that drives the character. The retargeted animation is attched to the offset skeleton, rather than directly to the control rig to allow for better results.
FBX Exporter
This tool stores FBX information within a Maya scene to allow for quick and easy re-exporting of any FBXs, be they animations, skeletal meshes, or static meshes,

Export settings are stored as selection sets in the Maya scene and automatically populated on the tool's UI, so any number of groups only need to be set up once.

I also designed a Batch FBX Exporter that works in tandem with this tool to batch export FBXs from multiple Maya files.
NPC Asset Browser
This tool is designed to quickly switch between modular NPC assets, organized by folder structure. The dropdown at the top is procedurally populated with all NPC body types. Files can be opened in Explorer by right clicking on them.
ktAutoRig
This tool creates a biped rig. It is built to not be dependent on specific bone names or hierarchy. It adds the following features to rigs:
-stretchy/bendy arms and legs
-soft IK arms and legs
-ribbon spine
-IK shoulders
-IK fingers
addBlendshapes
This tool adds exported blendshapes to a rig based on a specified naming convention. No shape names are hard coded into the script, so the script allows for adding and changing blendshapes without tech art support. It can update all blendshapes or update shapes on a per shape basis.
